Your Microsoft 365 password is the same password you use with your ULID. You can change your password by going to the Password Change page.

What devices can I use Microsoft Office 365 on?

Office supports PCs and Windows tablets, and Macs. Office for iPad can be installed on iPads. For information about mobile devices, visit www.office.com/mobile.

What are the minimum system requirements?

What does Microsoft 365 include?

Office comes with familiar applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and more. Microsoft 365 is a user-based service and allows installation on up to five PCs or Macs, and five tablets (iPad) and access Office mobile applications on iPhone and Android phones. (Office Mobile applications are included with all Windows phones). More information here.

If I purchased a personal copy of Microsoft 365 and am now eligible for free Microsoft 365 though my school, will I receive a refund?

No. The Office purchased is a consumer offering and students can continue to take advantage of the purchased offer.

I need help installing, where do I go?

What happens when I leave the University (graduation, retirement, separation, etc)?

Students: When you graduate (or if you choose to leave the University), your Office 365 subscription through your institution ends the semester after your last enrolled term. You may enroll into other consumer or commercial offers available. Make sure to transfer all your files from your school OneDrive to your personal OneDrive prior to graduation.

Employees: Your Office 365 subscription through the University ends when you leave the University (whether this be retirement or separation). You may enroll into other consumer or commercial offers available. You should make sure to transfer all your files to your personal OneDrive prior to leaving.

**Retirees only retain access to email.
