How is RingCentral being rolled out to campus?
We are excited to roll out RingCentral, our new unified communication platform, across campus using a multi-phase approach. Key Details of the Rollout:
- Building-Based Implementation: RingCentral will be activated by building, ensuring accurate e911 location data requirements.
- Log-In Accounts: Your RingCentral account will be pre-configured for easy access using your Microsoft365 account (ULID@louisiana.edu).
- Training and Support: We will offer training sessions and support resources to help you get familiar with RingCentral’s features and functionality.
