Self Service Password Reset

Click the "Self-Service Password Reset" button then choose one of the following options on the password utility main menu:

  • Reset your password (login and choose "Change Password")
  • Regain access if you have forgotten your password (Click the "Forgotten Password" link)
  • F​​ind your ULID (Click the "Forgotten User Name" link)

Request for IT Services to Reset your Password

Click the "Reset my ULID Password" button to fill out a request form to initiate a password reset by IT Services Support.  

We will process your request and send you instructions on how to reset your password manually.  

Our teams work normal business hours.  Requests made outside of business hours will be processed next business day.
